are a full service company able to assist with location, repossession,
liquidation and/or transportation. Our
company, EBY Investigative Legal Service & Recovery, is a family owned
and operated business that was started approximately 10 years ago by Mitch
Eby.
Mr. Eby is a retired police officer and a retired collection
manager for one of Florida’s largest banks. His
experience as an investigator working both criminal and civil law was the
basis for starting EBY I.L.S.
His son, Brian, has been involved in the company from the start and
is now President and CEO as Mr. Eby is semi-retired. We are fully licensed and insured and use only the latest in damage free towing equipment. We can handle most any of your recovery needs both land and sea, large or small in the most professional, courteous and timely manner. Our insurance, which as we all know, is one of your major concerns, is a customized policy through the Clarendon National Insurance; which we believe to be the best policy and coverage available in the marketplace today. In summary, our family operation is large enough to handle your needs but small enough to give you the personal attention that gets the job done.
